Hi, Im a Newbie. I discovered this site only last month but have since feverishly downloaded and burnt to DVD to watch on telly all that I can from the Ephemeral and Prelinger archives. Amazingly surreal and funny and scary and beautiful little films. Having left America in my late teens for England in the mid 80s Im rediscovering through these films the odd contradictions of the culture I was raised in and its very nostalgic trip to say the least.
Thank you very very much for this.

And thank you too to Spuzz, I value your critiques of each film before I download them...I can relate fully to your sense of humour and often think, well if spuzz likes this or hates this chnaces are that I'll like it or hate it as well. Some reviewers have lacked a sense of humour or lateral thinking or just take things a bit too seriously.

What Im writing about is.....THE DAMN THINGS BROKEN. Im up to the letter 'R' and its BROKEN!!!!

How weird I have never had the problem with broken links on this site.

People feel the need to set things straight and feel they need to set things straight or they will never be taken seriously.

Has anyone here ever tried to write things sorta of technically so they are noticed more. I have. Lets here from those geeks out there.

I to have never had a broken link on this site and I love this site, have been though about a million pages and come here daily.

This may be a shameless pitch but can everyone check out our site at http://www.tlpn.org and let me know what you think.
